Role Description Our property management company is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Property Manager / Operations Coordinator to help support daily operations and grow with our company long-term. This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time management role as the company continues to grow.

For the first few weeks, you will work directly alongside ownership in a shadowing and training environment. You’ll listen in on real situations, observe daily operations, and learn how decisions are made in real time.
