Job PostingIn this role, you will execute sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery and deliver excellent customer service.What You'll DoExecute store merchandising standards following merchandise and visual guidelines.Remerchandise and replenish sales floor as necessary.Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance.Execute pricing activities accurately.Prevent loss by following product protection standards.Support and partner with other associates on merchandising incoming product.All associate roles at Kohl's are responsible for:Acting with integrity, honesty and fostering teamwork.Exercising good judgment and discernment when making decisions.Demonstrating a customer service mindset.Supporting point of sale and customer service departments.Meeting or exceeding individual goals.Accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.Following company policies.Maintaining adherence to company safety policies.Receiving, understanding and responding to direction from supervisors.Other responsibilities as assigned.What Skills You HaveRequired:Excellent customer service skills.Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.No retail experience required.Must be 16 years of age or older.Flexible availability.Preferred:Client facing retail or service industry experience.Essential FunctionsAbility to perform accountabilities listed.Ability to complete company training programs.Ability to comply with dress code requirements.Basic math and reading skills.Ability to operate technology equipment.Ability to meet attendance and scheduling requirements.Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull.Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift.Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.Ability to comply with health and safety standards.Pay Starts At: $13.00
