Writes, organizes, enters, and compiles online help files to support end users. Creates, compiles, and delivers system/software development documentation packages for example narratives, logic diagrams, input and output samples, input preparation instructions, job setup information) from technical project team inputs, system requirements analysis, system design specifications, technical system design, technical procedure development, configuration control requirements, test and training specifications, and programming notes. Participates in quality reviews of various artifacts Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required Experience working with desktop publishing, word processing, and on-line documentation software Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure Experience working with various software products Technical writing experience preferred Proofreading and editing skills Remote-based opportunity within the United States Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 10/30/2026 The pay range for this position is $42,400.00 - $60,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
